Refund policy

Full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription period. Renewals and upgrades after the 7-day window are non-refundable.

When are you eligible for a refund?

  • First-period payment within the last 7 days
  • Used no more than the 14-day trial before that
  • Request submitted self-service from the Billing page in the portal

When are you not eligible?

  • After 7 days from first payment
  • All renewals
  • All tier upgrades after the 7-day window

Refund process

The refund is issued to the original payment method. The settlement window depends on your bank / payment method (typically 5-10 business days).
