These terms govern your use of DaftarX. By using the product you agree to the terms below.

Product use
The product is licensed via a monthly or annual subscription. Each licence is tied to a hardware id per device. Transferring between devices is self-service from the portal.

Your data
All your accounting data stays on your machine (on-prem). The portal only retains your commercial relationship (subscriptions, invoices, support).

Liability
The product helps you organise your accounting data, but legal responsibility for tax declarations remains with you or your chartered accountant.
4
Changes to terms
The team may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
