DaftarX respects customer privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Data we collect
- Contact details (name, email, phone) at signup
- Billing details (TRN, address, payment methods) for subscriptions
- Activity log (audit log) inside the portal only — subscription changes, licence transfers, support tickets
- Operational accounting data (invoices, journals, reports) stays on your machine and never reaches us
How we use the data
- Provide the service (issue licences, send invoices, support tickets)
- Commercial communication (renewals, upgrades, security alerts) via email
- Improve the product based on aggregated anonymous statistics
Who we share data with
- The Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) when you submit electronic invoices — your choice
- Payment provider (Paymob) to complete financial transactions
- Email provider (Resend) to deliver notifications
- We do not sell data to any third party. Ever.
Your rights
- Account deletion: you can request account deletion self-service. 30-day soft-delete window before permanent deletion.
- Data export: contact support to receive a full export of your commercial data.
- Data correction: from account settings.
